Quick Start Guide for Architect
Dashboard
The dashboard serves as the architect’s primary landing page for easy navigation. It provides quick access to new projects, client information, project status, billing information, and messages pertaining to multiple projects.
Projects
The main projects page allows architects to simultaneously check and update the status of multiple projects, view system notifications, and access team messages. Architect can also easily create change orders and send RFPs for quick coordination.
Messages
The architect can easily identify if there are any new project messages. Within this section, they have the ability to read and send messages directly to any team member.
Billings
The architect can view the billing status of individual projects and easily create new invoices accordingly.
